Project background:

A grade II listed building in need of full refurbishment to transform it back into a single dwelling.

The property is part of an elegant terrace of ten houses, first laid out in 1845 and completed and largely occupied by the middle of 1848.

The refurbishment and alteration of this building has been carried out to achieve a more comfortable and suitable residence for our Italian client incorporating 3 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.

The client requested that the property be fully refurbished and extended at lower ground floor level to increase the living space. A high level of attention was given to the existing features given the building’s listed status during the refurbishment.

This project has been carried out ensuring much care and attention has been taken with the finer detail of this historical building, which has been delivered within budget and to timescale.
