Project name:

Penthouse- Trinity Court - Gloucester Terrace- W2

Manhattan Bond

Project background:

The challenge of the brief was to ensure the project would be completed on a tight budget and time frame being the client is a developer. We successfully fulfilled the requirement within the budget and in a 4-month time period. The fine balance between budget and finishes was the most complex part but that was achieved successfully.

The property is a 3-bedrooms with 2-bathrooms dated penthouse in the heart of W2 area. The main scope of the design was to rationalise the space and create an additional bathroom together with better flow inside and give a new style to the property.

We have revisited the layout creating a large connection between the Italian design kitchen with carrara marble top and the living room and breakfast room creating a much larger feeling of space and more practical approach.

All bedrooms have been fitted with bespoke joinery with walnut insert and carcasses.

We have kept the walnut element as the one element of continuity within the design of the flat ensuring floor, door architrave and joinery will have this warm wood exposed to keep visual and aesthetic continuity.
