Full Refurbishment and Extension

The project included a complete refurbishment as well as internal alterations to develop and restore the property back into a single dwelling.

The core architectural requirements included stripping the house and extending the living space on the lower ground floor, utilising the high ceilings to create a contemporary and spacious open plan living area. The living area has under floor heating installed and reinforced walk on glass in the garden, extending the living area to the outdoor terrace. We also refurbished three bedrooms and five bathrooms as part of the project, listening to the client’s requirements throughout the project within a short time frame.

Marco Braghiroli gives each client a first hand service, ensuring that the client’s vision is always considered into the design concept.

An important aspect for the for the client was to increase the storage space as part of a family home. Our team for the project were able to strategically design and install the bespoke joinery, incorporating integrated lighting.

The project included removal of the existing floor and the installation of a new light oak timber floor throughout. We replaced the sanitaryware and refitted the bathrooms using a selection of Marco’s preferred Italian finishes including a stunning mosaic in the master bathroom.

The project incorporated underfloor heating across the lower ground floor for that complete feel of a luxury home rebuild.
