Full refurbishment of terraced house
We were appointed to entirely refurbish this beautiful, terraced townhouse in the heart of Knightsbridge London.
We met the property in a state that greatly required a full structural update following major works carried out in the 1970 and bring it back to the traditional layout to comply with the client’s brief.
Recognising the potential of reconfiguring the structure of the property, we removed all internal floors and partitions to create a more sympathetic layout. By restoring the front façade in line with the conservation regulations along with full re-planning of the 5 storeys we granted the property the first impression it truly deserved. To honour and maintain the authenticity of the townhouse, we installed timber panelling throughout the property in keeping with the character of the original 19th century works.
